Hello,

We need a PSD converted to joomla templates with all required components. XHTML/CSS should be w3c validated. Design is attached, PSD will be sent to selected programmer only.

We don't have inner page PSD, so you have to use your creative designing skills for making inner pages. There might be some small changes coming up with design like making image bigger, text smaller etc.

Old programmer tried building this ([url removed, login to view]) but was not up to expectation. No escrow, payment through paypal on successful completion of project
