Room planner in Flash

General overview of the project The final application will be a online tool which will serve to make online reservation in Locals(Clubs, Restaurants, Coffee Shops and Bars). The administration of a Local includes the to draw and generate the Local plan of the room, with objects: tables(4, 6-8 and 8-12 places) so there have to be 3 dimensions for tables bar toilet window doors entrance scene blank objects The administrator will access the Local's account to generate the plan of the room(s). He will have to be able to establish the width and lengths of the external/internal walls. After that will be generated the drawing table where the administrator will be able to drag and drop objects(tables, toilet, windows, etc.) and set them inplace. The admin must be able to draw the internal walls. For example see: [url removed, login to view] Table dimensions reported to the walls: 4 places 1m in diameter 6-8 places 1m width [url removed, login to view] long with rounded corners 8-12 places 1m width 2m long with rounded corners The administrator must be able to: drag and drop objects, draw internal walls save a plan define multiple levels for a Local, and that means each level will have its own plan When saving a plan all tables will be related to a database which will manage the reservation process. All tables added will have to represent a unique parameter which will be saved in the database, related to the Local's ID. All tables' IDs must be exported through a XML file which will be parsed by a script(developed by US) and inserted in the database. The interactive side with users will be quite simple. The user will visit the Local's page and will click the reservation tool. The user will have to choose the date and hour when the reservation is wanted and we'll interrogate the database for availability(that's our job and it doesn't have to be integrated in the Flash). After the database interrogation well display the Flash map of the Local with free tables at the requested time, the rest of the tables are inactive, marked with a grey color. The display with the results will be in Flash. For all free tables we'll display on mouse over the table the number of place and a message "Click pentru rezervare"(Which is the translation of Click to reserve). Once the user clicks on the table you have to translate through Flash the ID of the table which has been clicked to merge it with the Date/Hour parameters. We'll provide all graphics required.
