WordPress and custom website design project

We are in the process of redesigning our website; we found a website we like very much and we would like to get some ideas, clors, style? and build our own from scratch.

We would like to use WordPress or similar approach so we can update the website from anywhere without depending of a software e.g. Frontpage; we do not want a blog website, we could use WordpRess and make it look like a website.

Please read the requirements document, it may look a lot, but it's not, we're adding requirements to see if they are "feasible"; anything that sounds off, feel free to say it. We're adding some images so it's easier to understand what we need.

We're looking for a professional web designer who can accomodate our requirements; we accept recommendations and we're VERY flexible; please read the requirements and reply whether it's feasible or not.

Designers who send us an image prototype will be considered first; this is one project of 3, so we would like to build a professional relantionship.

## Deliverables

Please read the requirements document and advice the feasibility or send us your recommendations.

You will also configure and install the WordPress work you do in our site; we will provide the user/password to control pannel.

**IMPORTANT:** WE DO NOT WANT STUDENTS OR BEGINNERS, WE'RE LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONALS WITH GOOD REFERENCES.
