XLM parsing - Receive web request and send result by email

Our music channel plays 24/7 music videos and shows.

We would like to give the opportunity to our viewers to connect to our web site, fill-in a form, send it and then receive an email with the information of what was played on the channel at a day D and a time T.

We need 3 modules :

- an on-line form which will be placed on our web site (graphic design given)

- storage of the data in a PHP/Mysql database (we will install the PHP/Mysql db on our server)

- and a PC windows software that will :

1/ receive the requests of the viewer coming from the web site

2/ browse the right XML file to get the results and

3/ email the results to the viewer (in HTM email, graphic design given).

All the information of the playlist for every day is stored on a XML file which is located on a PC in a local folder.

For each request, the software should look at the day and time of the request, find the right XML file according to the day of the request, parse the file to find the Time of the request in all the events listed in the XML file, and send an email with the event that took place at the Time, the event before the Time and the Event after the time (3 events shall be listed in the email).

The XML files are entitled "AAAAAAA_2011_05_01", the date is always included in the name of the file YYYY_MM_DD

The events fields to send to the user making each request are :

Misc :

- Calendar must be only accessible for the day of "today" and up to 30 Days before

- We will send you the subscription link for auto-subscription to the newsletter.

- No graphic design is needed, we will send you all graphic parts (see attached for the web form)

- Email address / Birth Date / Country / Genre : M or F must be stored on a PHP/MySql database.

- PC software shall run on windows 7, XP, 2003 server. We shall be able to edit sender email address and smtp details for the sending of the results by email.

- PC software shall have monitoring windows + progress bar where we can see live the requests arriving, the parsing of the data and the result sent. And also we need some log written.
