Fixing some small Joomla errors after website migration

Recently we moved [login to view URL] to a new hosting provider and we're now experiencing some errors with the backend of the site.
We're looking for someone to fix these.
The errors are as follows:
When uploading an article the screen has a lot of error messages at the top.
The editing tools have not appeared so we can't add in links etc.
And then we can't save the article that we're trying to add.

We're on a small budget and looking for a simple fix from someone with plenty of experience in Joomla.
