Get Reach/Engagement/other statistics from influencers app to put in admin section

Hello!
We have an influencers app developed in ionic framework, connected with a web admin section, developed in Ruby.
Need a development to update app to get influencers metrics (Reach, engagement,followers...) in admin with their permission (maybe we can explain how to we get their engagement/reach in terms and conditions) when they finish an influencers campaign without accessing with their user/password, so maybe any Facebook/Twitter/Instagram API would be useful to develop this.
The metrics (small example attached) should be showed in the admin panel with charts/statistics and be able to be printed/export to pdf/powerpoint
