Modify WordPress Plugin: ShowDown

In the settings area it has "Anti Cheat" features, however it doesn't have what I'm looking for.
We only want the Website Members to be able to vote, and a user can only vote once per.
Looking for someone to modify my pro version of the plugin so that we have the ability to restrict users to a single vote per.
