Wordpress infected with Malware - Need assistance fixing issue

My wordpress site is infected with malware as reported by Google and until it is cleaned i will continue to have problems with being compliance with Google Search.
I need an expert to help me fix this issue. If you have prior expereince with dealing with issue please let me know.
I have identified the infection:

The above link is the cause of the problem. It keeps populating itself in the page source. I have checked and deleted all unnecessary plugins. I have also scanned the website with malware wordpress plugin scanner without any luck.
