Add a function to a JQuery script

I need a change in a JQuery script for a food order theme (Wordpress). I installed the theme and its working fine. However, I'm missing a function. You can see the website under pizzalimmat.ch. if you navigate to the menu you will see a list with dishes. So for two dishes we need options. For these option I added a new section under "Zutaten". So if the user click on the specific dish, then the page scroll down to Zutaten, in order that the user can add the options.
I thought to use the id as anchor. So I tried something in this way in the script:

However, its not working. Can you help me to adjust this? If you have questions please ask.
