Looking to have ordering functionality very similar to the website below:

Previously, we had a mockup prepared for the order screen, which I have attached. The idea is to have an interactive order system that gets items into the cart very quickly and intuitively.
May need assistance integrating this into my website.
My website isn't currently live but will be hosted at OMGCupcakes.ca.
I expect that this will require PHP, Java, and Javascript programming. We will supply photos, etc for product.
