To build a program to auto post advertisement in gumtree singapore

I am looking for someone capable of writing a php script to be run at scheduled times that uploads ads to gumtree. (Or any other programs that works)
The aim of the will be to upload two advertisements to gumtree Singapore automatically by me running the script.
The advert will have:
Some text
few images
my phone number and address.
That's it. This must be a php script, not a windows executable. Prefrably all of the info i need for an ad can be contained in the text file rather than in a database.
I will pay $50 for this.
