Cakephp 3 Roles and permission plugin

I need a role and permission based plugin for cakephp 3. Something close to this Laravel plugin: [url removed, login to view]
In controller on each view/method I want to call something like $perm->has('post_edit'). This will check if the user is assigned a role that has that permission or if the permission is assigned to the user.
The user can be assigned both roles and single permissions.
