Create and implement Cam4 features to existing website

I am interested in a cam4 type setup to broadcast webcams...
not porn though.
- Existing platform is Wordpress. I need some features buildt into this.
- This script/plugin should have webcam broadcasting capabilities
- Multicam viewing and fullscreen capabilities for all users.
- Each user would have a profile which integrates with existing website.
- There should be an option to send/receive friend request.
- Have a chat box in the broadcast room of every broadcaster for all users in that room only.
- In addition to this, I would also need this script to be able to accept credit cards for upgrading accounts to a premium member which would unlock features such as fullscreen, multicam and private messaging.
- I would also need to enable users to be able to purchase virtual money/tokens to tip performers.
- Would need to allow the broadcasting host to be able to set/ change their status message along with the ability to set a tip goal in their room.
Please let me know what your bottom dollar is for something like this as well as examples of your work thanks!
