A Simple Clinic Search - [url removed, login to view]
Background
A website is required to allow the searching of Irish Sexual Health Clinics (approx 30 sites). This search will return clinics that are closest to the data/address entered by the user and show an address, a map, opening times and any additional data. Please note Ireland does NOT operate a Postcode or Zip code system.
Searching
A big free search box should be presented to the user on the home page with integrated search button. There must also be an icon for 'get location' this will (if the user allows) pinpoint the user automatically based on the location/IP address.
Look and Feel
The application must have a modern look and feel and attention to detail is vital. A background image and logo will be provided to the chosen freelancer.

Technical Bits
The application should be built in a recognised PHP framework such as CodeIgniter. The database has already been built in MySQL and contains the locations data (address, open times etc) including longitude and latitude. For the mapping element you can use Google maps, Bing Maps or HERE maps. If you plan to work on your local development environment then files should be FTP'd to our chosen location at the end of each day for progress tracking.
With your bid please specify which mapping tool and which PHP framework you intend to use.
This is a personal project (non-commercial) so budget is tight but I anticipate that this is phase one of what could be a three phase project. Bids outside of the budget will be deleted.
