Swapyr is a mobile app which will allow its users to engage in peer-to-peer transactions, it will allow the buying,renting,selling or trading of goods or services.
Here are additional details from my current programmer ;
Implementation Preference
1.Would prefer to use Firebase or a similar service for initial maintainability and scaling. Should be built with later transfer of data to an in-house back-end in mind.
2.As heavy calculations are not performed by this app, frameworks such as Ionic, React-native, and Flutter IO can be used, although Native Android and IOS is certainly acceptable.
3.Needs to either have an in-app Instant-messaging platform for user communication, or a way to seamlessly start a conversation within another instant messaging app.
4.As app will be currently evolving, quality work may lead to a long-term relationship to add, remove, or alter features.
5.Design should aim to reflect initial target segment of College students, although the functionality is first and foremost.

User authentication
1.A user must have a profile picture and general location (City, State) before using the service
A user may have a description
2.Users can buy, sell, rent, or trade a service
3.A post can be any of these types
4.A post must contain at least 1 picture (arbitrary max number of 5) and a title
5.A post may contain tags and a description
6.Users can view recent posts and search based on tags, post title, and post description
7.Users can view a post with all details displayed, as well as the user who posted the product/service
8.Users can view other user profiles with details including their profile picture, general location, and description
9.A user can start a conversation specifically on this item. If implemented with an in-app messaging system, each post will have its own conversation channel, otherwise the user will be required to add the chosen messaging app on sign-up and the conversation will be created there.
