help on recovering vbulletin forum database : with crashed tables

Hi

Im getting big problem with a database of one of my forums

The problem is i dont have backup for the website , so i need to recover .

Im getting alot of tables with this message :

Invalid SQL:

SELECT varname, value

FROM setting;

MySQL Error : Table './/setting' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed

Error Number : 144

any experienced one who could help me on recovering the forum ,?
