Import Products Using WP-All Import Pro Plugin & Some Spreadsheet Work

I need a large number of products importing into my Woocommerce website using the WP-All Import Pro plugin.

Some work will need to be done to import the products correctly. There are around 8k products, most with colour and size variations however some are simple products.
One issue is that the source data file has only one image per product. I actually have new images which need to be mapped to the products which include variation and gallery images. To clarify the source file only has one image per variation, whereas I need to products to be imported with new size optimized images which may include several images per variation.
Another issue is that some of the values for size and colour variations are duplicated. For example there may be several different hex codes for the variation value red. Maybe it is best to condense all of these into one value for red to prevent multiple entries for the same colour. This is the type of thing I need help with.
A separate issue is the taxonomy of the product categories in the source data file. The categories provided are not necessarily the categories that I would like to display on my website. For example I would prefer some of the sub categories to be filters rather than sub categories.
In addition to this I have custom fields on my website providing bulk discount pricing for products and for customisations. These fields can be calculated so this part should be easy.
I am looking for an experienced worker who can work with me to complete this task.
