Installing categories in Magento script

I bought a finished Magento script (installed under [login to view URL]), but it comes without categorie navigation bar! Now I want to show the categories (I have three) best in the header menue (if it is possible). Please have a look on the website or attached file! If it not fits in the header, than I need an extra navigation bar.
