2 issues Joomla virtuemart (fix right now)

Point 1. Only variables should be passed by reference.
Yesterday we upgraded the server to php7 and now we have a small issue.
When going in virtuemart to special fields en try to open one (from type plugins) We get errors from:
/administrator/modules/mod_menu giv
This need to be fixed

Desired solution: Disable somehow these warnings so we can open these custom fields (of type plugin)

In GRID view the button is show wrong. Rest of categorys is shown perfect. This also need to be fixed.
