Make minor changes to Wordpress site

1. Change the category pages to the same layout as the posts page, e.g the category page has one feature image we wish it to have two, and for the side bar to be moved down accordingly.
2. This is the main change - Change the homepage, which is currently set as post page, to the category CMWC 2015. This is only a temporary change and will be changed back to the posts page in about 2 months.
The reason for this which might help understand the job is that CMWC 2015 is an event which is taking place and we would like the home page to show only related posts while the event is taking place.
3. We would like the 'Jambi' category in the black bar under the banner image to be changed to Red.
