Marketplace Website - End to End (Design/Development/all)

Your bid is interview results itself.. English is tested and if you follow, you go to next stage.. I need 5 bids and not 50+. There are professionals bidders here who invest time and then there are easy copy-n-paste bidders here too. I am looking for professionals who will invest time. I believe in quality and not quantity. I rather have 5 quality bids than 50+ bidders from all over the world.

*** If you can not follow my directions now in simple English, I do not need your technical/business skills.

*** I personally take copy-n-paste bid as an insult. It means I wasted my time here explaining my needs.

*** If you can not bid time/amount correctly, try to be close. Ask for information so you can plan well. Mention in your bid that it is a range (+/- $X) until you get more details. Do an attempt to read and plan. Starting with a carrot bid / lower amount meaning you wasted your time and mine. I should not discuss with you. Insult again.

*** I respond to all bidders.

*** When I have 50+ bids, my focus is to find a reason to delete a bid.

*** If you can not do a formal proposal, this won't work. Your proposal will take you far. Not anything else.

Want to develop a multi seller, multi buyers website like amazon, ebay, etsy with a twist.

Buyer can upload products/services they want to buy and sellers can also upload products/services they want to sell.

We will also let buyers and sellers negotiate/finalize price with each other before paying.

Marketplace will be in PHP/Laravel.

Marketplace for many products in many categories like Amazon/eBay and others.

Difference:

1) Marketplace will have two catalogs/two sections: Sellers looking for Buyers and Buyers looking for Sellers

2) We will have catalog (2) and each catalog will have product/service page with a button - "Sell To This Customer" or "Buy From This Seller" where visitor (either seller/buyer) will offer their price (sell price or buy price)

and chatbot/ modal popup which will open will use our APIs to match. We have 8-10 APIs which can be used

Common Things like Any Marketplace:

1) Once buyer agrees to buy at a price which matches to seller's price, we will ask buyer to process payment (shipping options/tax based on zip code, etc) on our payment gateway.

If a seller agrees to sell and seller's deal matches to buyer's price, we will send URL/email to buyer with payment processing URL with sales tax, shipping option to fill up so we can charge the buyer.

2) Sellers/Buyers will be able to upload a product/service they are interested in with

Pics, unique SKU/product code, Product/Service Attributes (make/ model/ year/ size/ color/ condition) etc along with

My Price, My Highest Price (in case he is a buyer) or My Lowest Price (if he is a seller)

3) Login/Register for Seller/Buyer - My Profile - My Dashboard

4) SEO content, Privacy Policy, terms of Service and all

5) Feedback Mechanism (Seller Giving Feedback to Buyer and Vice Versa) .. shown to all in form of reviews/1 stars 5 stars etc.

6) Design UI/UX

7) End to End Functional - Not sure if we need admin interface to manage Marketplace

8) Responsive Website

9) Ability for Sellers to get notification that we processed payments (collected) and they need to ship to customers (fulfil the order) based on chosen shipping address/ method.

10) Features not defined/ listed above but available on most marketplace sites

11) End to end testing done and all bugs (P1/P2/P3) fixed. Support for 12 months (assume 50 hours/ month work to support).

Token Milestone for 15 days to refine requirements

Detailed Requirements: October 21 to November 5 (You write/I clarify) - define scope/ schedule/ project plan.
