Below is a Magento 1.7/1.9 extension we would like migrated / installed to a Magento 2.1.3 site.

The latest extension at their store works with 1.9 but not 2.+
I own the extension for 1.7. I can buy the extension for 1.9 with the latest bug fixes if that will help.
The extension changes the 'Add to Cart' button so that it redirects the buyer to an external affiliate link at another store for checkout.
