Need a multi image upload system for mobile website

Hi I have the following requirements for code:

This is to be used on an "edit my profile page" the user is allowed to upload up to 10 photos. 1 photo is considered to be the "main photo" and should be highlighted somehow. This must work in all major mobile browsers.

Case 1:

The user has no previously uploaded images

-Page should display an upload images button (ideally just one upload button) allow them to choose up to 10 photos to choose, (ideally show a thumbnail or filename) and have a submit button which will post the images back to the same page with a unique input name.

case point 2:

user has already uploaded some photos (for example 3)

Script should display these 3 photos, with an upload image button same as above. There should be options to delete the existing photos and also change an existing photo to the main photo. Once again all these changes need to be submitted and posted back to the same page

case point 3:

user has already uploaded all 10 images

don't show the upload button. Show the ability to delete existing photos and select one as main photo

Some other things:

assume the first photo uploaded will always be the main photo

user should always have a main photo

Page uses PHP already, don't worry about the php code I will write that part. I already am using:

Also assume you will have the filenames, for example case point 2 I would provide the filenames like this:

$photo5 = NULL

etc..
