Here is a much better description I have come up with.
The admin will receive an email from a client. From there the admin will pick a username and password and enter it into the admin side of the site so that when the user enters there name and password it will let them into the site with the form I sent you. They will fill out the forms all with fields and check boxes and pull downs for things like time and date. Once the for is filled in the person will hit send and it will be sent to the admin with a time and date stamp and username in its own field along with a document number stamped in a field. The admin will see all of the fields and check boxes and pull downs along with the stamped date time and username. The admin will be able to view this information in similar layout with fields. The admin will be able to change the fields except the time and date and username stamp and document number to be used for whatever you and I can find uses for. Then they can hit a save button And the file would be saved with any new changes or it just stays the same unedited document in the database. Whenever the admin pulls up a file they have the option to add as many email addresses to the page for the document to be sent out as a PDF to all the people on that email list. The admin will also have a field to enter a subject line in the email along with any notes they choose to right on the email body above the PDF. That info will all be saved in the database of who got the emails and what the subject line was along with any notes above the PDF. Maybe make the notes area on the top posit of the pdf so when sent is hit the notes will be saved with that file along with the recipients of the email. Also is there a way that we can have pull down emails for people that get emails often rather then type them in every time but still be able to add unique emails when I want to. Admin. Will also have the ability to do searches on any field and come up with the files that match the request. That’s what I can think of for now.
