Hello,
I need a webpage where users can upload files and view them like in google drive.
The uploaded files will appear as thumbnails on the page and these thumbnails will be draggable on the screen.
The file upload will be connected to AWS cloud storage. We are creating this app for our internal agency with approximately 4-6 users in the beginning.

This is a client-based project so any milestone will be created and released after the client approves the work. So keep this in view before placing a bid in order to save both of us time.
