Need 2 Websites managed through Single Admin

For one of our client, we need 2 websites managed with 1 admin.
Functionality will be as follows:
~ NO e-commerce required in both sites
~ Both sites will be purely product showcase (with information) sites
~ Both will use common admin panel.
~ Admin will decide which product will be displayed in site A or Site B (or on both)
~ There will be specifications displayed on product page.
~ Price of products may be displayed for reference purpose only.
~ Site 2 should be different in appearance than Site 1 (So no one can judge that both are same sites)
~ On site 2 NO contact details required, it is purely for anonymous product showcase purpose.
~ On every product page: "Inquire now" option required. When user will click on it 1 Popup customer request form will be prompted : . on submission of that form and email will delivered to mailbox of admin.
~ About us and other custom pages should be there.
~ Need provision for user registration using email/SMS verification.
~ Custom Banner management (managed by admin) required.
~ Newsletter signup popup required.
Other suggestions and recommendations are welcome.
We preferably need prestashop or magneto platform for this requirement.
