we are looking for CMS system to be built in with GRAV FlatFile CMS system only ( we not open for any other suggestions like wordpress or drupal or joomla) if you cant do it with this system than dont BID!
You will need to develop plugins for this CMS system
System will be used for User Profiles where each user will be able to message each other and leave feedback after chatting..
Plugins needed.
Feedback with reviews
Email integration for sending each other messages in the site only..
LiveChat for site users only (for private chat to each other not public)
Paypal plugin (to become a verified user , there is a cost)
Multi Language site.
and
it has to be mobile device compatible or in other word responsive site
Grav releases updates very often so you need to do this UPGRADE SAFE MANNER!! so each time new version comes out , it would do update with no problem to your own code.. it has auto update feature in admin section if you need to study..
