PHP/MySQL: Add POP3 email reading/parsing feature to custom application

This custom PHP/MySQL application is built on Smarty templates and allows a client to manage a contact database and send mass e-mail to groups of contacts.

The project description:

Using a PHP POP3 library, create a PHP script to log into a mail server and download/parse email. If the email has been sent to an email address that exists in the database, its contents should be inserted into that person's database record as a note.
