I need a simple Raffle Draw System with a front end interface already designed. The system should include the following features:
- Ticket Generation: Users should be able to generate raffle tickets
- Random Number Selection: The system should be able to randomly select a winning ticket
- Winner Announcement: The system should announce the winner through both a website display and an email sent to all participants
- QR Code Save: The system should automatically save QR codes for each ticket
