Hello.
I need a developer to do the following:
We accept cash/bank deposits giving a reference, we already have the system. The expiration of the reference is 4 days after the order is placed.
So I need an app to do the following:
- Send a reminder 1 day after the order is placed if the payment status still pending.
- Send a reminder 2 day after the order is placed if the payment status still pending.
- Send a reminder on the day of the expiry of the reference, telling that is the last day to pay.
- After the reference got expired, cancel the order and notify the customer about that. Giving a button in the email to do a reorder.
The days must be set up in the app, as well the email templates for remainders.
