Hi, i have a box on my website what i put daily posts for weather on, i also copy and past to my facebook page.

Is there a way so when i press the post button on my page, it also posts to facebook.

I do have another script on my home server that runs from chrome extension to get data from another source so it can possibly be done via chrome extension? or if there is an easier way please share:)
