Theme - Visual Composer is getting FULLSIZE img instead of MINIATURE

The theme is using advanced visual composer and it is creating POST LISTS using the fullsize picture instead of some thumbnail/miniature.
I researched and found out that you can set this parameter and perhaps this is solved:

But I am not programmer and need someone to help me on that.
Most of the footers has post lists in this site so all the pages are very heavy and slow.
The attached img show the pictures of the post list in the footer.
Any idea of also how to speed up this website is welcome and paid.
