Tsela - Road Safety Board Game

The idea is to build a road safety board game like a combination of famous board games: Snakes and Ladders mixed with Monopoly.

The game can accept up to 4 players. Each player will be given game credit. (e.g. 1000 credits). These credits get deducted during game play, depending on the square they land (such as speeding fine, pay 300 credits). The winner is the person who reaches the end.

Ideally, the game engine and logic, should be written in C# on the .Net Framework

The Game is intended to work on Windows 7 or 10 and on portable tablets that run Windows 7 or 10

Graphics would be nice if Unity 3D is used, to design the tokens, rolling dice, board game, and some animations.

A space at the bottom should allow room to put some form of advertising, such as a banner, rotating images, so that the sponsors such as fuel companies, can have the branding visible throughout the game play.

I want a proof of concept, not the full game developed, as it is being sent to the relevant authorities, to show that this game is viable, tangible and works. Therefore, I would wish to have about 20 squares of the board game playable in this demo.
