Urgent Linux Database Admin Help ASAP

We suddenly had an issue with our host today that they cannot provide support for (or are unwilling). They've indicated that there is a Mismatch of InnoDB log size declaration in my.cnf. We were provided the following link to do, but we are not dB Admins.

in phpmyAdmin, I get several errors now: - Warning in ./libraries/plugins/auth/AuthenticationCpanel.php#627

mysqli_connect(): (HY000/2002): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/[login to view URL]' (2)

Here's the error in sql:

I need someone to:

reset the SQL DB using the instructions provided in the link. Host tells us no more than 10 minutes of work, but they cannot help. Looking for someone to do ASAP this evening (US time). Will need someone also ongoing to help with these type of issues and further work related to DB admin
