Vbulletin attachments to bbpress

I need help to create an import script that import attachments from vbulletin posts to bbpress posts with Buddyboss media plugin [login to view URL]

I'am currently running vbulletin and I will do an migration to wordpress/bbpress/buddypress.

I will do the import myself with the built in importer for bbpress and I have tested and it works but the import script do not handle attachments because bbpress do not have built-in support for attachments, I will therefor use the media plugin from buddyboss.

There is similar script for kunena forum that can be a start even if that script import to the gd-attachment plugin. [login to view URL]

Attachments in vbulletin are stored on disk.

Avatars needs to be imported as well and are also stored on disk.

Versions used:

Vbulletin 4.2.2

Wordpress: 4.7.3

Buddypress: 2.8.2

bbpress: 2.6 beta2

I have not decided on which plugin to use for media. I'am also looking at rtMedia but I think they are quite similar.
