Wordpress landing page and affiliate codes

Hello,
I would like a landing page set up so that I can give people who submit their name and email address an affiliate code so they can refer other people to join and I can keep track of that activity. So for example: if my landing page URL is [login to view URL], the first user who signs up would get an affiliate link like [login to view URL] and the second user to sign up gets an affiliate link [login to view URL] Just so I can track that user 1 referred user 2 so I can give them credit.
The whole thing should be very simple and only two pages: the first page with content I will provide and two fields for a person to fill in their name and email address, and the second page will be a thank you page. A basic free template works, I will provide the text and logo.
I know there are some plugins like [login to view URL] but if there is a free plugin that creates affiliate ID's that I can keep track of that works too. Thank you for your consideration!
