WordPress Theme Customization

I want to customize an existing blog website. The theme needs to be customized and not the blog. Which means that this project is about theme development work for customization.
Main tasks:
1. Make theme translation ready.
2. Make theme Woocommerce ready. (Right now it is not compatible with Woocommerce plugin)
3. Adding instagram banner on top or bottom (Also an option to choose both top and bottom in the settings)
4. Organizing the WordPress live customizer and adding some toggle buttons.
5. Lots of styling changes. Some examples include: changing footer layout, adding static play button over thumbnails of video posts, styling post excerpts layout etc.
There are some more changes which can be better explained only by Team Viewer. Besides the total bid amount, please quote price for each of the 5 tasks mentioned above.
Secondly, it is very important that you have excellent English SPEAKING and UNDERSTANDING skills, as I shall be doing communication over Skype rather than typing thousands of words back and forth. I shall explain all the tasks over Skype with a combination of Team Viewer. If you understand the fine details of the project only shall I shall award the project to you.
