1. Constantly check emails for certain content [certain format].

2. If the certain content is noticed then it post the content to a webserver.

3. Possibly Delete the email or display a notice to the user.

4. The Extension should load a weblink.

5. The Extension should also be able to send off an email when a link is discovered.

6. The Extension should show a status and config page.
