Hi, I need a freelancer who can work on a project that involves analyzing single cell RNA-sequence data with Python. On 2 datasets, one labeled and unlabeled, along with writing of a report of the observations/results.
Specifically, I need to do the following on the two datasets:
Kmeans-> PCA, K-PCA, T-SNE, UMAP, ISOMAP, LLE
GMM-> PCA, K-PCA, T-SNE, UMAP, ISOMAP, LLE
labeled dataset: Evaluation: normalized mutual information (NMI) and adjusted rand index (ARI)
Unlabeled dataset: Silhouette coefficient
Along with the code in Python, I need a report which writes the observations (results + paragraphs, comparing each results).
