Hi

I am looking for a way to integrate a API inside my discord bot and get the inputs as a command from discord to the API but I am unsure of which approach I should take. For example, a user in discord is trying to get information about an item using the discord bot instead of going to the webside and type the name of the item.

Hey man, It would be best to just make it do the same thing but using the discord API as input. Should not be a very big problem.
