Script to produce SVG with QR Codes

Hello. We are looking for a script that generates at least one row of boxes containing a QR code with a logo and 6 characters. The output needs to be SVG.
The inputs to the script should be
1. list of URLs
2. SVG of a logo
3. desired number of boxes per row
4. vertical and horizontal offset of the 6 digit code
For each URL, the script should create a box in the SVG that contains the following three items.
1.a QR Code of the URL
2. the logo
3. the first 6 digits of the unique code found in each URL
e.g. if the URL is [login to view URL] 'F4CC51' will need to be placed in the SVG along with the QR and logo. The font used should be a CONSOLE font.
A vertical and horizontal offset is needed for for the placement of the 6 digit code so that we can compactly place these characters alongside the logo based on the logo.
Each box will also need to have a stroke line of 0.25pt thickness and no fill. The color of the stroke line is found in the attached Roland [login to view URL] file. The color is the first in the swatch and titled 'CutContour'.
