Trading bot for Binance futures based on Webhook Signals

This project is for a trading bot for Binance Futures API that will simply open and close positions only based on Webhook signals it receives. Webhook messages will only be messages to open and close the position. A notepad file can control basic user settings such as ticker, % of equity to trade, stop-loss, leverage.
I'm a open to any programing language but Python to run on Windows 10 is preferred.
