The study aimed to evaluate what impact the implementation of Datix Mortality Module has had on the perceived quality of the mortality review process based on questionnaire that measures agreement or disagreement with a statement using a five-point Likert scale (strongly agree, agree, undecided, disagree, strongly disagree). There are 16 statements requiring a Likert Scale Answer and 3 demongraphic questions: department, profession, years of experience. I have 47 responses and conducted the survey on survey monkey. I have the results in an excel document but want help to get the most out of the data I have using SPSS.
