Login Scren On success login redirect to Admin Portal

Admin panel should top fixed navbar with sidebar and body content area. Body area load default dashboard page.

Dashboard contains show cards and graphs.

Flat Registraion:

During flat/villa registraion need to filled below details

• Flat No – Unique (Manual entrry),

• Block – (Ex. A/B.., East/West..)

• Floor – On which Floor

• Flat/Villa type – 1BHK,2BHK

• Buldup Area Sq Feet

• Carpet Area Sq Feet

• Entrance – Entrance of flat N/NE/EW...

Flat Owner Registration Once flat registration done, have to register the owner for these flats. One flat can be register with multiple owner or one owner can mapped with multiple flats.

Choose Flat No -> Show the flat details ->

=> show the Owner details if already registered-> Submit Button(Disabled) or => Option for new Owners entry or select existing owner->Submit (Enabled). (Edit and delete option only during first time registration)

Flat Information : Flat No, Floor, Flat Type, Block, Entrance, Carpet Area OwnerMaster Details : Owner Name, Contact No, Email Flat Details

Show flat information like Flat No, Flattype, Resident status (Occupied/Vacant) in tabular form. Each row having more information icon to show Flat detail Information, Owner Details

Owner Details

Show Owner information like owner name, contact no, email, flatno in tabular form. More info icon get all the owner informations

Tenant Details Show tenant details in tabular view

Maintenace Transaction Records Maintenance transaction records all the maintenance transaction information like transaction id, flatNo, amount transaction type and transaction date in tabular view. More Info show complete trasaction detail information.

For new transaction entry open with in popop.

Expenses Transaction To show all the expenses transaction details like transaction Id, description, Amount, Transaction date in tabular form.

New expenses transaction entry open in popup and fill all the expenses field, like Amont, descrition,transaction date, transaction mode cash/cheque/online

Pending List To show pending list in tabular view. wiith more info option to show complete detail information.

Association Member Add and view screen for associatin member. Asociation member can be selected among existing [login to view URL] Member field are Owner Id, Post, Period from Date. In view it show curret association memers and search for previous date period as well.

Flat Resident Records In view the residential status (occupied and vacant informaion) for each flat in tabular view. Previous period date resiential status can be filtered in view screen.

Note: For all the tabular view need to provide option for search ad pagination.
