Everything in red needs to be at the same surface and thickness of the blue zone. Has to disappear as if the blue zone would be underneath but the mentioned holes in red circles have to remain. Is like you have to cut the mountains (red zone) and only the sea underneath remains (blue zone).
To bring this inner 6 wings aligned with the main arch and fill up the resultant space in between.
After this adjustments to the overall thickness will be required.
