we are in the process of building a dating website but would like to know more about the market in india since it is an emerging economy. would like documentation of the market now 1) what are the popular dating chat indian sites 2) do most speak english 3) what pay system is being used i would like for you to show me the sites and build me a login and briefkly describe the culture compared with american/european dating caht sites. i know this is a dynamic market and will not be the same a year from now. we can talk on yahoo or msn messenger to elaborate.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
