SalesForce Configurator for a big multinational corporation, the leader in manufacture, distribution of products and services for the animal veterinary, livestock, water testing, dairy markets.
Key words:
- remote work for USA Customer
- 40 Hours per week
- up to 6 months temporary contract
- possibility to extend the contract
The ideal candidate has solid technical background and skills needed to configure and maintain SF system as well as functional knowledge of Finance business processes ( such as Billing, Order to Cash process, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Design and create reports, rate plans and product bundling in Billing and Sales systems.
- Collaborate with Salesforce development team for integration and end-to-end testing with Salesforce.
- Maintain and configure visual layout, workflow rules, formula fields and business logic.
- Drive testing of new enhancements.
- Document solutions and processes.
Qualifications:
- 2 + years’ experience in SaaS solutions and business systems.
- 2 years SalesForce configuration and integration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Order to Cash processes, General Ledger, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, etc.
- Strong communication skills to negotiate with and meet stakeholder expectations.
