30 Link Backs Needed - PR4

I need 30 Back Links, ALL links must be from a PR 4 website or above. The requirements are:

1) Must be in sites related to mine

2) All links must be permanent, standard text links using provided anchor text links

3) No Directories

4) Submit links in a timely manner (2 links per day)

Keywords: "Watch episodes online", "watch TV episodes online", "watch family guy online" etc...

I will require to see a report of all links submitted and accepted (URL, Date Submitted, Pagerank of actual page not *domain*). Then payment will be dispatched. This needs to be done cheaply as I am on a very tight budget.

***Please not, these requirements are strict and I will have to ask you to re-do links if they are not correct. :)
