Chinese SEO and link building project (chinese candidates only)

The clear goal here is ranking on first page for about 10-15 Keywords on:
*Baidu
*Haosou
*Sogou
The task comprises of onsite/offsite SEO in order to achieve the goals. This can become a long term project. SEO should be whitehat only. (no link farms etc)
Link building:
Total of 50 Quality Backlinks per week for financial site. Most links need to come from financial and news oriented chinese websites with good PR and authority.
We need an experienced backlink builder who can obtain 50 backlinks weekly for a period of 3 months. Only Chinese speakers can apply (China, HK, Singapore) - no indians please.
Some links can come from Social Bookmarking, Blog Commenting or microsites (either), Article Directory submission (content will be supplied by us)
- All Copy should be unique no Duplicate title & submission, except for Business Listings
- Experienced SEO backlink builders only.
- Must use the keywords supplied, and create relevant anchor text using these keywords.
- Absolutely NO rented or purchased links.
- Do not post on spammy website
- No banned websites
- A mix of dofollow and Nofollow links
- Links must be relevant to site
This can become a long term project and be extended later on to a fixed job.
Weekly report on a Spreadsheet including the following:
- Date submitted
- URL Posted
- Keyword
- Anchor text
- Landing page
- Status
