Database/ERP Program To Manage Price Lists

We need someone to create a database (MS Access, MySQL, SQL) or customize an ERP program for us (OpenERP, Open Bravo, etc.) to allow us to manage price lists and product combinations for an eCommerce store/local sales operation. We have several different HVAC product manufacturers that give us price lists with system combinations (consisting of various system components) that make up an Air Conditioning system. We also have a government website ([login to view URL]) which has tested and rated all air conditioning system combinations.
We need to be able to:
1) Upload our price lists from the manufacturers into the database, and have the prices of the units match up with system combinations given to us by AHRI Directory (model numbers typically match those given to us by the manufacturers, but vary sometimes so we would have to be able to "scrub" the AHRI data first to make sure it matches manufacturer model numbers).
2) We also need to be able to have different "price levels" for the individual components AND the systems (based off of multipliers and fixed dollar amount additions).
3) We also need to be able to run queries based on different ratings data given to us by AHRI (SEER, tonnage, etc) or price or brand and be able to export into CSV or Excel.
Please let us know in your quote what program/database you will be using to create this. As mentioned above, it can be a database that we can run on our local server, or an Open Source ERP program that you can customize and we can do the same functions on, or Microsoft Access or the OpenOffice equivalent (which is not ideal, as only 1 user can be in the database at a time).
